Hello, my name is Therese.
I have a passion for teaching English, as well as French. I have 42 years' teaching experience, having worked at primary and high schools as well as at a college. I have a BA degree, majoring in English and French, as well as a teaching diploma and the TEFL level 5 diploma.
I enjoy working with people from different cultures and I am able to offer English to beginners, intermediate and advanced level students. I can offer French to beginner and intermediate students. Students for French lessons need to know English as my explanations will be in English.
My teaching style is based on the students' needs and interests and my lessons will fit what they are hoping to learn.
My students will experience engaging, interesting and creative lessons and they will gain a sense of achievement. I enjoy watching them become more confident as they progress.
