My name is Hiroto Suzuki and I am a physical therapist in Hokkaido, Japan!

If you are reading this page, you are probably interested in Pilates.
You may have heard of Pilates, but you don’t know where to start... You want to try it, but you haven’t had a chance to...
I will try my best to give you detailed and easy-to-understand explanations, so please feel free to try pilates with me!!

Pilates is also a great way to address aches and pains such as stiff shoulders from your everyday desk work, lower back pain, knee and hip pain!
