Hello,
My name is Kellen, and I am excited to be your English tutor on CafeTalk! I want to help you learn how to speak English, because I think many people can read, write, or understand English well, but speaking is very difficult, or maybe they are too nervous that they will make mistakes. I think mistakes are okay, and that nobody has to be afraid of them :) I make many mistakes when I speak Japanese, or even Spanish, but if I want to talk to others, I have to not worry about them. I also want to help people learn how to speak English naturally, because I know from learning languages that what you learn in a textbook is different from how people normally speak.
About me, I love to learn about other countries! I studied one semester in Japan, worked 3 months in Ecuador, and have been to other countries, like Thailand and Mexico. If you like to travel, please tell me! I also like baseball, ice hockey, rock climbing, anime, books, music, and eating all kinds of food!
