ElisaMP 講師的自我介紹

English

Hello! I am Elisa! I am a friendly and kind English tutor and I believe in practicing language skills through conversation and discussion. It is also a great way to meet and share with people! I am currently living in Italy and learning Italian myself.

 

I grew up in many countries and regions of the world such as the Gulf, the Caribbean, Europe and South Asia. With this experience I have always been exposed to many cultures and I appreciate the opportunity to communicate and share with people. This is why it is my passion to help students become more confident in English speaking! 

 

I have experience in private tutoring in teaching English, French and various subjects such and Maths and Physics. As a bilingual I know that I have a different personality in English or in French and even more in Italian, it’s funny! Maybe you also have this experience with your native and learning languages? I would love to help you practice your English so that your personality can shine even better when communicating in a non-native language.

 

My interests are reading, watching shows/movies, travelling, hiking, swimming and eating! 

 

My lessons are open to anyone (of any age group and any level) who would like to learn English. I can help you practice your pronunciation and help understand spelling easier. I also offer proofreading and editing lessons for English writing and homework - trust me, I am more reliable than AI! My teaching style is: relaxed, I want you to feel comfortable to take your time and develop your skills at your own pace! This is extremely important for me. Languages are so personal that I really believe the best learning happens when we are at our most relaxed and we can try with no stress! If we make mistakes, we learn and practice! I want to make learning and practicing English conversations fun and inspiring. My lessons are also very customisable, as the student I want you to lead me in what you need and that way I can best prepare to help you personally and specifically for all situations. 

 

New students are welcome to take any lesson first if it is specifically relevant to you however I strongly recommend booking the introduction lesson first. This will help us to get to know each other and help me to better understand what you need. 

 

Ultimately, I want to help build your confidence in speaking, conversation and writing in English. If you have ever thought:

- I feel nervous and I am afraid of making mistakes.
- I am worried my pronunciation will not be understood.
- I can understand English, but I can’t respond quickly.
- I use AI a lot because speaking feels awkward or embarrassing. 

 

then my lessons will be perfect for you. I look forward to meeting you and joining your language learning journey!
