As someone who has studied both Japanese and English, I have learned languages through a variety of methods, including language academies in Korea, self-study, and studying in Japan.
Throughout my learning journey, I have kept notes on the challenges learners face, how to learn more efficiently, and the differences in pronunciation between Korean and other languages.
I have used these personal experiences and insights to design my own lessons that are practical, effective, and enjoyable!
- Immersive Korean learning: Lessons incorporate Korean, Japanese, and English to provide plenty of exposure to Korean.
- Fun and engaging topics: Learn through interesting topics and activities that make you lose track of time!
- 10+ minutes of free conversation: Every lesson includes at least 10 minutes of free conversation practice.
- Extra Q&A support: Even after the scheduled lesson, I take an additional 5–10 minutes to answer your questions carefully.
- Practical everyday expressions: Focus on expressions that Korean people frequently use in real-life situations.
- Effective memorization techniques: Learn vocabulary using visual associations and other useful memory techniques.
- A warm and energetic atmosphere: I aim to create a friendly, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable from the very beginning.

I do my best to help every student reach their goals by tracking their progress, designing personalized lessons, and preparing review materials tailored to their needs.
That's why every lesson is customized to each student's individual needs and goals.
During the first 10 minutes of the lesson, we'll discuss your Korean learning goals and decide on a learning plan together. This helps us establish a clear direction and gives you the motivation to keep learning.
We'll follow the general structure of your chosen lesson while adjusting the content to your current level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced. I'll design a personalized lesson that suits your abilities and learning goals.
For selected lessons, I'll also organize corrections and notes on expressions you used incorrectly and send you review materials via messages so you can practice after class.
Drawing on my professional background and diverse experiences, I can provide effective instruction, teach standard Korean pronunciation, and adapt lessons to each student's level and learning needs.

- 2022–2026: Coordinated and assisted international guest speakers at international academic conferences
- 2022–2023: Worked as a barista at a café in a tourist area, where over 60% of customers were international visitors
- Completed speech training organized by a Korean announcer
- Received training in language expression and in-flight announcements from a professor with a background as a professional announcer
