Jane M. 講師的自我介紹
大家好！我叫Jane，來自菲律賓。我擁有TESOL及TEFL證照，也擁有餐飲管理學位。我提供線上及實體英語課程7年以上，學員年齡層及語言程度廣泛。我曾有幸在教授留學課程的混合學校擔任線上及實體課程講師，當時我負責基礎英語文法、英語會話、商業英語、腔調矯正、凱倫學習法及多益（TOEIC）、英檢準備等專業課程，內容豐富多樣。
此外，我也以ESL講師訓練師的身分工作了4年左右。在工作期間我負責訓練及執行ESL講師的訓練課程，教授以他語言為母語的學員英語教學理論及實踐。
我自己本身也是位非英語母語的雙語者，對學習新語言的歷程有一定了解；也明白每位學員的學習經歷大不相同。也因為如此，我會配合學員的年齢、英語程度、需求及喜好調整教學方式，提供適合每位學員且有趣又魅力滿點的課程。^^
我使用G.A.T.E.教學法，維持高品質的課程。
