Hi everyone, I am Azur, a yoga instractor.
Someone told me, is YOGA good for the person who is not flexible?
I think YES!! Becasue yoga makes our body and mind flexible, that's why we practice yoga!
Normally I teach yoga nidra. It is not only to be more flexible but sleep well.
If you want to live conforble, sleep good and keep balance, please try my yoga lesson.
I used to be in Malta in Mediterranean, because of belonging to the company in Malta branch established in Swiss.
That time I exchanged our language with friends and corrected their Japanese.
