Bonjour (^-^)/

My name is Kévin CAJOT. I am a 25 year old frenchman from Normandy. I have been studying at Waseda University Graduate School as an exchange student since last September.

I've been interested in Japan ever since I was a kid. When I was 15 I began studying Japanese on my own with a textbook for beginners. I also loved foreign languages, so after graduating from high school, I studied Spanish language and culture, German, and French linguistics at Rouen University.

However, studying Japanese without a teacher was very difficult, so the following year, I entered the Japanese Studies department of the University of Strasbourg. Starting from then, I spent 4 years studying Japanese language, literature, and history, as well as FLE (teaching French as a foreign language), sociolinguistics, historical linguistics, Spanish, and Scandavian culture.

During that time, I had many opportunities to teach French to Japanese exchange students of all levels. Since French and Japanese are so different, the experience really helped me learn how to go about teaching French to Japanese people. I had so much fun and fell in love with teaching French language and culture to Japanese people.

More than anything, learning a foreign language should be fun! That’s why I would love to continue teaching French to all levels in a fun and easy way. Let’s have fun learning about the French language and culture together! Amusons-nous ensemble en apprenant !

Je m'appelle Kévin Cajot, j'ai maintenant 24 ans et je suis originaire de Normandie (et oui j'aime la pluie ^^). Après 4 ans de dur labeur en Licence et en Master 1 dans le département de japonais de l'Université de Strasbourg, en septembre 2014 je suis parti au Japon pour un périple d'un an à l'Université Waseda de Tokyo.

Maintenant de retour et fort de ces années passées à étudier sans relâche la langue, la culture et les moeurs japonaises, c'est avec plaisir que je partagerai mes connaissances avec vous. Ceci afin de vous permettre de cotoyer au plus près cette magnifique langue et cette étrange culture qui forment depuis si longtemps l'essence même du Japon, avec le peuple qui le compose.

J'ai déjà hâte de vous transmettre, dans la joie et la bonne humeur, tout ce que je sais du Japon et de sa si mystérieuse langue, qui rassurez-vous, l'est toujours autant pour moi ^^. Que vous soyez intéressé par la langue, la culture ou que vous ayez besoin de conseils précis pour un futur voyage touristique ou une année de mobilité, je suis là à votre écoute et prêt à vous aider.

Je vous attends avec impatience afin de vous faire partager ma passion pour le Japon.
