Hello! My name is Anna, an experienced and friendly English teacher from the U.S.
Professionally, I've worked in a variety of roles, including education and office support, and I've recently been focued on teaching English. I have 5 years of experience teaching kids, teens, and adults in Japan, America and online. I focus on creating fun, comfortable lessons that match your goals, whether you want to improve conversation, grammar, pronunciation, or English for work, school or travel.
I was born in Japan, went to school until the 3rd grade then soon after moved to the states. I have lived in Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, California most recently in Hawaii, and now back in Tokyo. I am a English native speaker and can also speak Japanese for daily conversations.
Outside of work, I am passionate about nature, adventure and creating a life that's grounded in simplicity, community and freedom! I believe in hard work, kindness and keeping things real. I'm always open to new opportunities that align with those values.
