My name is Maggie, and I am a dual British and Polish citizen currently living in Bangkok. I teach Business English to upper high school students at an international school, following the SQA Advex Scottish Business programme. I also cover Sports and Food & Nutrition classes, giving me daily experience supporting students’ communication, confidence, and academic skills.

Alongside teaching, I bring over ten years of experience in technical support, operations, and customer service.

In my most recent UK role as Technical Operations Support at Oxford Direct Services, part of Oxford City Council, I managed multiple operational systems. My responsibilities included data analysis, technical reporting, service compliance, CCTV monitoring, and coordinating cross-departmental logistics. Before this, I worked in automotive and fleet operations, where I gained strong experience in scheduling, documentation management, and customer-facing communication.

Across all roles, I’ve maintained high professional standards — including an average Customer Satisfaction Score of 4.92/5 during my time as a sustainability technical advisor for Thames Water. I’m trusted with confidential information, legal documentation, financial reconciliation, and sensitive stakeholder communication.

Fluent in English and Polish, I’m fully remote-ready: organised, self-motivated, and confident working with CRM systems, MS Office, technical databases, remote ticketing tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
