Cheza 讲师的个人介绍

Hello! My name is Cheza. ALT / ESL Intsructor. I offer lessons centered on English. I work to provide fun and easy-to-understand lessons to high school and junior high school students in Japan, as well as those studying at international schools and local schools overseas.


Qualifications and Background

I specialize in tutoring and tutoring, and have been providing learning guidance and support for over 8 years. I learned a lot from this experience. For example, by supporting many people, I was able to understand the weaknesses and strengths of the participants and hone their knowledge and skills to support them appropriately.

In addition to my own experience, I have systematically learned knowledge and skills related to education.

I holds a TESL certificate and  finished my class course in ELTS. In my research activities, I was able to not only increase my knowledge in the field, but also learn to think objectively from various aspects and to understand and judge things logically. This attitude is still very helpful in understanding the concerns and goals of the students and thinking about policies to solve and achieve them.

In recent years, we have also provided learning support for those attending international schools and local schools overseas. Since I was a university student, I have been studying professionally in English using specialized books (foreign books), English papers, and lectures and materials from published overseas universities.

I try to promote easy-to-understand lessons, including these experiences.

 

Customized Learning Experiences

What I value is a "customized learning experience". Rather than a fixed teaching method, we will look for the best approach to meet the needs and level of each student.

Each student has different challenges. We will help each student achieve their goals.

I interact with each student and think about strategies to understand and overcome each difficulty while understanding their level of understanding. For example, if you are not good at a particular concept, we will prepare more understandable explanations and exercises to help you overcome that concept. If you have a strong interest in learning the language, it also provides opportunities to work on more advanced topics.
