Hello! My name is Tina, and I’m so happy you’re here. I’m originally from the Philippines, but my journey with English and education has taken me all over the world — and I’d love to share that journey with you!

こんにちは！ティーナと申します。ここに来てくれてとても嬉しいです。私はフィリピン出身ですが、英語と教育を通じて世界中を旅してきました。その旅の経験を、ぜひ皆さんと分かち合いたいと思っています！

 

I’ve been teaching English for over 4 years, working with students of all ages and levels. My passion for teaching began when I realized how powerful language can be in connecting people, building confidence, and opening doors. I’ve lived, studied, and worked in several countries, including Japan, the United States, and South Korea, and every place has shaped me in a unique and meaningful way.

私は4年以上にわたって英語を教えており、あらゆる年齢やレベルの生徒と関わってきました。人と人とをつなぎ、自信を育み、新しいチャンスの扉を開く「言語の力」に気づいたときから、教えることへの情熱が生まれました。これまでに日本、アメリカ、韓国など、いくつかの国で生活・学習・仕事をしてきましたが、それぞれの場所で得た経験が、私をユニークで意味のある形に成長させてくれました。

I was honored to receive a judo scholarship to Japan, where I spent two exciting years learning the language, embracing the culture, and gaining unforgettable experiences. While there, I also worked as a part-time model, which sparked my love for fashion. My time in the US and Korea also taught me so much about different cultures, allowing me to improve my English and teaching techniques in real-life settings.

日本では柔道の奨学金をいただき、2年間にわたって言語を学び、文化を受け入れ、忘れられない経験を積むという貴重な時間を過ごしました。その間、ファッションへの興味を深めるきっかけとなったパートタイムのモデルの仕事も経験しました。アメリカや韓国での生活も、さまざまな文化を学ぶ素晴らしい機会となり、英語力や実践的な指導スキルをさらに向上させることができました。


Outside of teaching, I’m a big fan of Anime, Kpop, Gaming, and — of course — traveling. I’ve been lucky enough to visit over 20 countries, and I love bringing stories from my adventures into the classroom. I believe that learning a language should be fun, natural, and connected to real life

 

授業以外では、アニメ、K-POP、ゲーム、そしてもちろん旅行が大好きです。これまでに20カ国以上を訪れることができ、その旅のエピソードをレッスンに取り入れるのが楽しみの一つです。言語学習は「楽しく」「自然に」「実生活とつながっている」べきだと、私は信じています！

In my classes, I focus on practical conversation, expanding vocabulary, and, most importantly, building your confidence. I know how scary it can feel to speak a new language, but I promise you — we’ll take it step by step, at your pace, in a supportive and encouraging environment. I’ll help you speak with ease, express your thoughts clearly, and enjoy the learning process. 

私のレッスンでは、実践的な会話力の向上、語彙の拡大、そして何よりも自信を育てることに重点を置いています。新しい言語を話すのはとても緊張することだと分かっていますが、大丈夫です。あなたのペースに合わせて、一歩ずつ進めていきましょう。サポートと励ましに満ちた環境の中で、安心して学べます。あなたがスムーズに話せるようになり、自分の考えをはっきり伝えられるように、そして学ぶ楽しさを感じられるように、全力でお手伝いします.
