New to Cafetalk, but an experienced online teacher with 3,500+ lessons taught.


Hello! I'm Nicolas.

I'm a native English speaker from the United States who loves helping students build confidence while learning something meaningful.

I've taught more than 3,500 online English lessons to students of different ages, English levels, and backgrounds. My goal isn't simply to help you memorize English. I want you to use English naturally while creating, exploring, and solving problems.

I've lived in five countries across four continents, giving me firsthand experience communicating with people from many different cultures. I understand both the excitement and the challenges of learning another language.

Outside the classroom, I'm the co-founder of a Swiss non-profit organization, where I work on international communication, educational projects, web design, fundraising, and multimedia production. These experiences allow me to bring authentic topics and practical English into my lessons.

I welcome children, teenagers, and adults, and I adapt my lessons to each student's English level, interests, learning style, and pace.

I also have experience teaching students with ADHD, ASD (autism), and other developmental differences, and can adapt activities to different learning needs.
