I'm a Korean born in the city of Gwangju, in the southwest corner of the Korean peninsula.
From my high school days I studied Japanese, majored in it in university, and I have taught Korean in Japanese classes.
During my elementary to high school education, I studied Chinese characters from literature written entirely in these, and am better at it than most Koreans.
In the case of Japanese words of Chinese origin, I write them in both hangul and in Chinese characters. Also, because I like social sciences (geography, history, culture), I teach not only language but the history of Korea and about modern culture.
I'm brimming with curiosity so don't hesitate to ask me anything, anytime.
