Hello! I’m Suyoun, a Korean teacher with 5 years of experience teaching students from all over the world. I began teaching while living in Australia, where I met learners with many different goals and backgrounds. This inspired me to create lessons tailored to each student’s pace and needs.

What You’ll Learn

I teach practical Korean from Level 1 to Level 5, starting with greetings, self-introductions, and everyday expressions. For those needing Korean at work, I offer Business Korean classes covering meetings, emails, presentations, and formal speech. Every lesson is designed with clear goals and personalized feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and intonation.

How I Teach

All my lessons are conducted entirely in Korean to help you think and speak naturally in the language. I use simple language, visuals, and real-life examples to make learning clear and fun. You’ll get plenty of speaking practice and gentle corrections to build your confidence step by step.

Q: Can beginners join?
Yes! As long as you can read basic Hangul (the Korean alphabet), you’re welcome to join. You don’t need to speak full sentences yet—this class will help you start from short expressions and build up naturally. If you’re still unfamiliar with Hangul, I recommend learning the alphabet first, and then coming back once you’re ready!

Q: What’s special about Business Korean?
It focuses on workplace communication like emails, meetings, and presentations, helping you sound natural and confident.

Q: How often should I take lessons?
Twice a week is ideal for steady progress. I provide review tips after each class to support you.

Q: What materials do you use?
I mostly use custom materials tailored to your level, with textbooks only when needed.
