JP84 講師的自我介紹
Hi my name is Jean-Pierre, I come from South Africa and have recently moved to France. I find myself also learning a foreign language - French - so I can really identify with what you're going through at the moment. I know learning a new language can be difficult, but with guidance and perseverance it is more than achievable.
I'm a TEFL-certified English teacher with 18 years experience. I have been fortunate enough to teach in Japan, South Korea and in my home country.
I have worked with students of all ages and varying levels of the English language and am experienced in running online, face-to-face and group classes.
I believe lessons should be fun, creative and engaging to allow for the understanding of concepts, rather than focusing *only* on vocabulary and grammar rules.
In my past experience I have come to realise that everyone is unique and the best approach is to tailor my lessons to your needs. Some students may need to strengthen their conversational skills, while others may need a more structured approach to grammar and learning.
I'm more than capable of helping students who are just starting their English journey all the way through to more advanced students.
I try to bring humour into my lessons and I encourage my students to feel at ease to do the same. Thank you for reading! Hope to see you in a lesson soon!
