Hello there new students, my name is Simba!
I am a doctor and teacher with a passion for surgery and a love for travel!

I have been to over 20 countries, the most memorable places I’ve lived in where in China, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and Haiti. With some of the best trips I’ve had being to the US, Jamaica, France, UK and Dubai. In my spare time when I’m not in the hospital or traveling, I enjoy composing poetry, reading, sketching, listening to music, photography, baking and playing basket ball.
 
I am a TEFL certified teacher. I was a part time English teacher and tutor for 2 years during my stay in China. This was mostly focused on one on one tutoring for adults and teenagers, while doing occasional classes and english camps for children in Pre-school.
 
My teaching style is conversational for adults yet focused on each individual and what they want to work on. I believe learning English should be both fun and interactive. I’m patient and attentive to a student's skills and strengths. I prefer an environment which is comfortable for the student to ask questions. As well as one that allows the student to feel free enough to make mistakes because thats how you learn, as we build that confidence in the use of the English language.

Lastly I would to add 2 tips for all my students to consider in picture form:

1. These are 6 things I always recommend all my English learning students to try and do to improve their English constantly. Try them for yourself too!



2. Always remember with learning anything in life, build an attitude of confidence and believe that you will get there in the end! Together, we can do it!
