Hello! I'm Trista, a passionate language teacher with years of experience in education. If you want to learn Mandarin in a relaxed and enjoyable way, you're in the right place!
I provide customized lessons based on your learning goals and progress. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner, I will tailor the lessons to your needs. My classes are conducted in English and Japanese, making it easier for learners from different backgrounds to follow along.
Here are some examples of what you can learn in my class:

Pronunciation and Accent Training
Learn Mandarin pronunciation using Zhuyin (Bopomofo) or Pinyin. Improve your tone accuracy and fluency with situational dialogues (e.g., shopping, expressing emotions, discussing hobbies). Audio materials will be provided for practice. -
Free Conversation
Let's talk about your daily life and interests! If you’re not sure what to talk about, I will prepare engaging topics for us to discuss. -
Grammar Lessons
Using my own PowerPoint slides and worksheets, I will explain grammar concepts in a clear and structured way. We will also practice reading to enhance comprehension skills. -
Other Topics
I offer various lessons, including travel conversations, daily life expressions, letter writing, and business Mandarin. If you have specific goals, let’s discuss them together!
