Nice to meet you. My name is SANA, and I am currently in my 18th year in the business field, and I am involved in corporate human resource development. (I deal with manner and communication training for both Japanese and international employees, amongst other tasks.)
The reason why I registered with Cafetalk is because I heard from my international friends that they came to Japan with both the knowledge and qualification, but had a hard time communicating with the locals, so I thought that my experience could help such people.
Here is a brief introduction to my professional background ↓
2004 to 2015: Flight attendant in charge of both in-flight tasks and educating other flight attendants.
2016 to 2020: Customer Service and Communication Instructor, recruitment Interviewer.
2021 to Present: Entrepreneur. Creating educational manuals for cooperations, building educational programs, etc.
I have knowledge and experience in the business world, and many of my colleagues are business owners, so I can offer you a different perspective than other Japanese teachers, by teaching you not only the Japanese language, but also on the way locals think. Let’s learn Japanese together to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships, instead of just learning Japanese for certifications!
