Melanie Partin 讲师的个人介绍

English
Hi there!  My name is Melanie Partin, and I am from the USA!  I really enjoy teaching others and helping them reach their goals.  I am an adventurous person who also loves the outdoors, nature, and traveling to other countries.  Learning about different languages and cultures is a passion of mine, so I am excited to have the opportunity to get to know my students and learn about their cultures!  I have 2 years of teaching experience on the college level where I was teaching general biology lab classes to undergraduates.  Although that is not exactly the same as teaching English, this experience has increased my interest in teaching, and has increased my skills in leading and instructing students.

I also have taught English in the classroom setting as well as online, but the majority of my experience is online.  I can help you sharpen your English conversational skills by providing real life practice, while providing corrections on your grammar and pronounciation.  I can also walk you through grammar rules, such as verb conjugation in different verb tenses.  Most of all, we can speak English and have fun!

I also am conversational in Tagalog since I have been staying in the Philippines, so if you are a beginner in this language and want to learn more, I can certainly help teach you the basics!

I also have a passion for cooking!  If there are delicious dishes you would like to learn how to make, come on and join a class with me and we can cook together online!  I know how to cook different dishes from India, Thailand, the Philippines, and of course the USA.  Interested in trying your hand at baking?  There are many delightful baking recipes that I know too.  So come on and book a class with me!  We can have fun and learn together!
