Hello and Namaste Everyone! My name is Geneva, but you can call me Teacher GeeGee!
--I am from the Los Angeles(United States) and now live in India!
- I have been teaching English as a foreign language for three and a half years!
- I also have my TEFL ceritifcate and teach young children in India English!
- I have my bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an option in Teaching. I went to university at California State University East Bay!

My Teaching Philosophy
-- I believe that as a teacher I should be passionate about teaching and also enjoy it. I want my students to have fun and be excited to learn.
---I am a teacher who focuses on positive reinforcement rather than negative. I remind my students that’s its okay to make mistakes! Its part of the process of learning!
---I also believe in being adaptable, every student is an individual and as a teacher I have to be ready to teach in a variety of styles according to my individual student. Some students will learn better with one technique while another student needs to learn in another way.
---Teaching is not just a job but its a passion in life, I love to meet people from around the world and learn new cultures. It’s motivating to see how many people are excited in learning English!
My Hobbies!

- I love traveling to different countries, learning cultures and histories of such beautiful and unique places.
- I also really enjoy watching American TV like Gossip Girl or Pretty Little Liars.
- My favorite movies are Harry Potter and anything Disney!
- I love baking yummy desserts and cooking new food recipes!
- I have one dog named Bear, and I love to train and take care of him!
- I also make doll dresses and jewerly.
