Hello! My name is Anto. I was born in Argentina but I currently live in London, England. I have been teaching English online full-time for almost 3 years. I teach students of all ages! As young as 5 years old and as... "experienced" as 70+ years old. ;)
I studied Communication Sciences in university with a focus on Marketing and Advertising. I got my Engish Teaching Certification in 2015. I pursued this as I wanted to help others discover the wonderful doors English can open. English has allowed me to discover new music, books, movies, countries, and, most importantly, friends. I have a nomadic heart and I've traveled around Asia and Europe extensively. English was a key factor in this experience as it enabled me to travel on my own and meet wonderful people along the way.
I'm very curious and have had many different jobs; I love trying new things and facing new challenges! I've worked as a customer service representative, a marketing manager, a vegan chef, been a petsitter, and an English teacher. It's teaching and cooking I feel the most passionate about.
I have experience teaching students of all levels but beginners and intermediate learners are my favorites as I know how nerve-wracking trying to learn a new language can be and I'm especially patient with them.
What kind of teacher am I?
- I'm adaptable: Are you shy? I'll gently nudge you. Want to just talk about different things? Let's do it! Do you need help with your business English skills? I've got my suit sponged and pressed!
- I'm calm and cheerful: I offer a safe and fun space in which to learn and practice.

- I'm earnest: I will gently let you know the areas that need improvement and give you tools to work on them.
