Hello everyone, nice to meet you!

My name is Julian. I am a native Spanish speaker from Chile, and I speak English and Japanese.

I lived and worked in Tokyo, where I had the opportunity to teach children and teenagers in Japanese educational environments. Through this experience, I gained a deep appreciation for Japanese culture and learned how to support Japanese students in a comfortable and encouraging learning environment.

I am currently studying Japanese myself, so I understand both the challenges and the excitement of learning a foreign language. While I am not completely fluent in Japanese, I can use it when necessary to support beginners and clarify simple concepts. For more detailed explanations, I can also teach and explain in English.

Because I have been both a teacher and a language learner, I understand how difficult it can be to start speaking with confidence. My goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere where you can learn at your own pace and enjoy the process.

I also have experience as a medical interpreter, which taught me the importance of clear and effective communication between different languages and cultures.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy photography, traveling, studying languages, Japanese culture, music, and meeting people from around the world.

If you feel nervous about speaking Spanish or English, don't worry. Making mistakes is a natural part of learning, and I will support you every step of the way.
