Hi, I’m Mario! Welcome to My Classroom!

About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Mario, and I’m excited to help you on your language-learning journey!

I have 16 years of experience teaching English to students of all levels, from absolute beginners to upper-advanced learners. I also have 1 year of experience teaching Spanish to A2–B1 learners.

I hold a Master's degree in Teaching and the Cambridge CELTA qualification, giving me a strong foundation in language teaching and helping me support students in reaching their learning goals.

As a native speaker of English, I can help you develop your language skills, build confidence, and achieve your personal or professional goals. I also speak Spanish at a native level and Chinese at an upper-intermediate level, so I understand the challenges and rewards of learning a new language myself!

Outside the classroom, I enjoy travelling, reading, watching movies, working out, going to the gym, learning languages, and discovering new cultures. I love connecting with people from different backgrounds, and I bring that same curiosity and enthusiasm to my lessons.

My goal is to help you feel confident, motivated, and excited about learning!

My Teaching Style

I believe that learning a language should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. My teaching style is friendly, approachable, and student-focused.

Building a good rapport with my students is very important to me. I want you to feel comfortable in the online classroom, ask questions freely, make mistakes without fear, and express yourself with confidence.

Whether you're learning for work, travel, exams, or simply for fun, I'll do my best to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you can make steady progress.

In my lessons, you can expect:
