Hi there!
My name is Neil and I have been teaching English in Japan for 18 years with 13 of those being at a nationally renowned langauge school.
I specialise in all kinds of Engllish teaching - from conversation classes to Eiken or TOEIC preparation. If you have any special requests, for example English for hotels, travel, homestay etc... please ask and I will try my best to either make a program for you or recommend a good book we can use in class.
I firmly believe in the tried and tested method of total immersion in lessons so we will be conducting all lessons in 100% English (with some exceptions for children and students who are visibly struggling). This might seem a little difficult at first but you will get used to it and become fluent much quicker than relying on Japanese to help you through ;) Communicaiton can be done either in English or Japanese via email.
My main aim is to ensure that you have fun and understand that learning a language doesn't have to be too serious.
No shows will be charged at the full rate, however we all know there can be times when the unexpected happens so feel free to contact me if you couldn't get to the lesson for any reason.
