Nice to meet you, I’m Ayuko.
I offer yoga, Pilates, and meditation lessons.
 
【Self Introduction】
I initially started yoga and Pilates only after I was in my thirties.
Up until then, I had only been physically active in PE classes during my student years, and I had always been somewhat uncomfortable with exercise and sports.
 
Despite this, I have personally experienced how making exercising a habit has helped me become more in tune with my body and my mind!
 
I continue to work as a company employee while working as an instructor.
On days when I am working as a company employee, I oftenn end up with stiff shoulders, lower back pain, stress, swelling, fatigue, an d so on.
I believe that a lot of you are also feeling the same way!
 
I try to offer lessons that will help you relax and cope with the stress in your body and mind that we all feel in our day to day lives.

I offer custom-made lessons from a variety of categories according to your needs.
You can decide the content of the class lesson for your long-term and short-term goals, your physical and mental condition that changes day by day, and your individual needs.
I will also combine my knowledge as a personal trainer to help you feel good in your body and mind.
