Hi! My name is Milena, you can call me Lenna. I'm a Brazilian psychologist who is also graduated in acting school. I'll be happy to help you in learning new languages with a kind, patient, and sensible view. I'm always with a non-judgmental and open mind for you to feel confident and to be able to learn efficiently. I like using all kinds of media and technological tools to help us, so I hope it's going to be an enjoyable experience for you.

I usually help Japanese speakers with their pronunciation and comprehension of English. I know some common difficulties such as the sounds of R and L, TH and S, as well as the different intonations of the sentences for Japanese people. I love Japanese food and culture, so I have a brief understanding of the Japanese language as well. We can explore your difficulties together and find the best ways to improve!
Why Teaching Languages?
This year, I've been to Canada and saw snow for the first time. Yes, that one from the picture is my first snowman! But with this trip, I discovered how my English abilities are good enough for me to teach. Other than studying Psychology, my second choice was "Letras" (a course where you can study English and Portuguese at University and how to properly teach them). I've been helping to teach English, Portuguese, and Spanish to my classmates and friends for a long time. You see, I've always loved these languages. With this background, I'm providing you classes about the English and Portuguese languages. I've never really used my Spanish abroad, so I didn't create any official classes about it. But if you like me, I can provide Spanish classes to you. Just let me know!
