For anyone who wants to get in touch with their inner self
these yoga lessons are fun for all ages and levels
and great for the body and mind.
Get to know and your true self, and maintain that true self through the movements of yoga. Let your mind take a break from the busy thoughts rushing through your head. Feel it with your body and your spirit.
Don’t worry, even if you think you are inflexible, heavy, bad at exercising, or can’t keep up with the movements, you are more than welcome to take these lessons!
Let’s spend some leisurely, well paced time together doing happy and gentle yoga that helps you get in touch with your inner self♪
I have trained to become a certified yoga instructor in Bali and the United States, so I am confident in my ability to gently explain in detail the yoga movements that will relax your mind and body.
Everyone has their own perception of yoga.
You may think of it as graceful movements similar to dancing, something that only flexible people can do. Or as exercise/fitness. Or stretching. Or something that’s mostly done by women. Or something that seems good for your health, but not something that you can see yourself doing….Or something made up of beautiful poses, etc. etc.
Any of those answers may be correct for your current self.
However, those interpretations only make up one portion of yoga.
The truth is that anyone can practice yoga.
Everyone can take their own personalized approach to yoga, doing poses that suit them best.
Yoga is something that anyone can do to get to know their inner self with acceptance and gratitude, and it is a healthy way to maintain one’s best self.
It has also been called a method of alternative medicine; a medicine free way of keeping healthy.
Whether you are an absolute beginner, or at an intermediate, or advanced level, don’t get caught up in your preconceived notions of yoga and try to think of it as a practice that can help anybody find their inner peace.
If you are a senior, have pain in your body, or cannot exercise due to health conditions, I hope I can help weave some yoga into your life.
My lessons focus mostly on the slow movements of Hatha yoga, but in the future I plan to include lessons that help weave yoga into your daily life for people who can’t move their bodies, for example.
