As a dynamic educational professional and a person of color, I bring over 14 years of experience and cultural sensitivity to ESL/EFL instruction and online tutoring. My teaching approach is deeply informed by a nuanced understanding of American mentality, stemming from my own experience as an American, and is always delivered with acute cultural sensitivity. I am truly passionate about teaching, finding immense joy in guiding students to new levels of understanding and witnessing their growth. This unique perspective has been instrumental in successfully teaching diverse learners from toddlers to seniors across the globe, including students from Argentina, Brazil, China, Colombia, Dubai, France, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Oman, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Syria, UAE, Ukraine, Vietnam, and indeed, learners from all the countries where online English instruction is embraced. I'm skilled in innovative lesson planning and performance assessment, ensuring high standards of educational delivery. With a strong background in leadership and administrative roles, I'm deeply committed to quality instruction and mentor support, driving success in educational operations and student outcomes.
