I am an English teacher Education with 20+ years of experience across education, EAD, customer service, people management and operational coordination. Currently managing a manager in a test center, with responsibility for customer and candidate experience, quality standards, team recruitment, training, development and coaching. Strong background in pedagogical coordination, teacher management, training programs, performance goals and cross-functional collaboration between academic and commercial teams. International professional experience and English proficiency, with a strong interest in People Operations, Learning & Development, Education Management and Customer Experience.It will be a great pleasure to help you to learn English and practice it a lot!
