Hello! I'm Luke, a native English speaker from the UK, currently living in Japan.
I’m a friendly and patient English tutor who enjoys helping students become more confident speaking English in real-life situations. I believe lessons should be relaxed, enjoyable and focused on actually using English rather than just studying grammar.
I have experience working with students of different ages and levels, and I particularly enjoy conversation-based lessons. We can talk about everyday life, hobbies, travel, work, sports, football, or anything that interests you.
I’m also a big football fan, so if you love football, we can naturally include it in your English lessons too! ⚽
My lessons are suitable for beginners as well as students who simply want more practice speaking and listening. I’ll adapt the lesson to your level and goals, and we can gradually build your confidence at your own pace.
