はじめまして、私はSE&プログラマー(COBOL)として42年経験を積んで参りましたが、SEは私の天職だと自負しております。SEとして最も重要な要素は顧客との信頼関係だと考えておりますが、エンジニアとして顧客との信頼関係を築くために必要な3つの要素を自分は大切にし、培ってきたからです。それは問題意識・責任感・技術力の3つです。例えば、システムを構築するために顧客の要件を細部まで確認し、少しの修正でも他所への影響や運用の問題などを考える癖をつけるなど、仕事の中で3つの能力を意識しながら取り組むよう心がけてきました。今後も顧客とコミュニケーションをとりながら、多くのサービスを提供できるエンジニアとしてスキルアップしていきたいと考えています。 今も昔も共通することや、最近特に多い傾向と両方あるのですが、わたしが教育する理由は以下の事が出来ないからです。（エンジニア限定）これは悪いことでは
