バレエの技術を磨く、オンライン・プライベート・コーチングです。バーレッスン、バリエーション練習、今の課題を克服するための具体的なアドバイスまで。ご要望に応じたレッスンを行います。 Career / 経歴 2004年から2008年までスターダンサーズ・バレエ団に在籍。その後活動の場を海外へ広げ、チェコの南ボヘミア劇場を経て、2013年から2020年までルーマニアのコンスタンツァ国立歌劇場に所属。 12年にわたる渡欧生活の中では、バレエ講師や振付家としても活動。コンスタンツァ国立歌劇場のガラ公演にて自身の振付作品を発表。現在はこれらの経験を活かし、オンライン・対面での個人レッスンを通じて、心と身体に向き合う丁寧な指導を行っている。
