Have you ever wished you could be healthier and feel more positive?

Anyone is welcome to join me!!  

Since all of my lessons are offered online,
you can use your free time at home to improve yourself.

  • People who have never done yoga but are interested in it
  • People who want to deepen their knowledge about yoga
  • People who want to lose weight
  • People who want to heal their body’s discomfort or distortion
  • People who are interested in meditation as well as yoga

Please feel free to share these thoughts with me!
As this is a private lesson, I will tailor the lesson to each of you. 
We can discuss together what kind of lesson you would like to have.



＜About Me＞
After working for a company, I went to Australia, New Zealand, and Canada to study abroad. After studying English, I took a yoga instructor training course in Bali, Indonesia, to become certified as a yoga instructor, which I have been doing for 12 years.
I am a RYT200 Yoga Alliance holder.
I currently live on the beachside in Southern Italy.
