Bespoke English lessons for business and pleasure

 

My name is Benedict Marshall. My background is in architecture, for which I gained a Degree at the Bartlett School of Architecture, and Diplomas in Architecture and Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University, both located in the United Kingdom where I am originally from. I have a passion for architecture, urban design, art, and sustainability.

 

Since 2012, I have been an instructor for a corporate English provider in and around central Tokyo, teaching company employees in a variety of sectors, ranging from elementary to upper intermediate levels.

 

Business skills taught include general and business conversation, presentation making, emailing, telephoning and video meeting.
 

I employ a variety of materials that include business related textbooks, collections of newspaper and magazine articles, links to online news providers, video based presentations, and a collection of material built up through my teaching practice. 

 

Recently, I have been expanding business in the recruitment sector, teaching consultants various skills dealing with clients and candidates alike. Business skills taught include general and business conversation, presenting your company, emailing, telephoning, and video meeting.

 

For those about to start work in an English-speaking environment, I am also able to offer bespoke interview preparation sessions in English.

 

Given my background in architecture, plus my experience of having worked in esteemed global architectural practices, I am delighted to discuss matters of design to those with a passion for architecture, urban design, art, and sustainability.

 

Meanwhile, for those who prefer casual discussion, I have amassed a large ion of readable topics for easy conversation.
