Notes on Point Purchases

  • You will receive an email notification approximately 3 months, 2 months, 1 month, 2 weeks, and 1 week before your points expiration date. You can turn off the notification in the notification settings, but we recommend that you always turn it on to prevent your points from expiring unnoticed.

  • Once purchased, points are non-refundable and their validity cannot be extended. Please take care to purchase an amount you will be able to use up.

    We are not able to cancel, refund, or extend the deadline of points for all users, even in the following cases. We appreciate your understanding.

    • I want to cancel the payment once because I paid with a different credit card than the one I wanted to use.
    • I wanted to sign up for lessons with Tutor A, but Tutor A is on vacation / unavailable and I want a refund.
    • I have been unable to take lessons for a period of time due to illness, so I would like to extend the deadline, etc.
