Wisconsin spring? ウィスコンシン州の春という事は。。。？

何時春はウィスコンシン州に来るかなぁ～。。。

I wonder when spring will come to Wisconsin this year? It has been very cold, and we had an ice storm last week. The trees were quite beautiful, covered in ice, but many branches broke and fell, and some power lines were down. Today, it snowed again! We're all hoping for warmer weather, but we know that the "Wisconsin spring" is unpredictable!
