皆さんは趣味をもっていますか？趣味はただ楽しんで終わりと言うわけではなく、私達に幸せを齎してくれる魔法です。今回の写真はパン作りが趣味と言う我が妹が作ったパンの写真です。妹曰く自分で作るともっと美味しいし、身も心も元気にしてくれます。皆さんも夢中になれる趣味を見つけて、充実した時間を過ごしてみてくださいね。 

Life without a hobby is like food without the salt. 

It is a hobby which makes living interesting. It is a pursuit outside one’s regular work. A hobby gives one joy and pleasure; one does not get tired of it. It is a pastime, relaxation and leisure. In this way, while one is learning something, one is also making best use of one’s time. This is a photo of my sister’s bread. She has been pursuing this hobby of her’s for several years now. Besides helping her make really interesting food items without spending much on the ingredients, baking also helps her mind to focus and relax too. She also told me during our conversation the other day that instead of taking baking as a daily chore, imagine it as a form of daily meditation where you can express yourself through food.
