When it comes to applying for a lesson contract for students, or cancellation after the lesson contract, also if there is an option of rescheduling the time for the lesson, usage and return of points in case of a cancellation, this “ Cancellation Policy (For students)” (below abbreviated as “the Policy”)will be followed strictly. Also, the definition of the jargon in the Policy, unless mentioned specifically below, will be found in our company’s “Terms of use”.

1. From the time that a student subscribes for a lesson contract up to the moment when the tutor sends an email with his consent, using the site’s system, the penalty system does not apply and the student can cancel a lesson, having his/her points returned back.

2. Also, even after the student received an email with the tutor’s consent for a lesson, he/she may cancel or reschedule the time of the lesson, without paying any penalty, if it is more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. In such case, our company will refund the points.

  • 3. If a student wants to cancel a lesson within less than 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, he or she must follow the written terms below:

    • 1) When a student wants to cancel an already scheduled lesson, we shall withdraw a penalty from his/her points: he amount depends on the tutor and the limit is the service fee amount, decided for that lesson.

4. Either way, we recommend the students to use our site’s messenger in order to communicate with the tutors.
