Japanese that is difficult to translate

Nathan Lee

I joined an online symposium with HapaEikaiwa today!
It was really fun. Here is a link to the video
The topic was Japanese that is difficult to translate into English.
I created this cartoon and want to share it with you.
I don’t think I use a phrase when I enter a house or room in the U.S.
I think a natural phrase is "Sorry for the intrusion."
But that isn't something I often say.
Maybe it is just a difference in culture... Or maybe I am just a rude guy? :P
Let me know what you think :)
