番組名は出さない方がいいでしょうか。かなり昔、深夜枠に近いバラエティー番組で、視聴者から寄せられたレシピを紹介するというコーナーがあったのです。
ココアを作る時に片栗粉を入れるのです。葛湯擬きみたいな感じでしょうか。食感も味も好きなものですが、片栗粉の量とかそういったバランスが崩れると一気に珍妙な食感になり「？？」な気持ちになる食べ物(飲み物？)です。
不思議と今もたまに作りたくなります。
