When a choice between a mountain and an ocean is presented I would naturally choose the ocean. Such a choice is rather an interesting one for me. Having been raised in the desert I am used to strong sunny days. So the choice of being on a beach with open skies and strong sun vs on top of a mountain with open skies and strong sun doesn’t sound very different.
There are other options. How about canyons and valleys with an abundance of shade? What about lakes surrounded by trees where a person can rest? It is possible to relax near a shady stream. Of course a person can just enjoy a forest.
But when a choice such as an ocean or a mountain top is proposed. I suppose the ocean provides some enjoyable ocean water. You can also enjoy the ocean breeze. Swimming is a wonderful form of exercise. It is easier to take a nap next to an ocean. So the ocean choice seems great.
