大雨、台風の時に
I have an idea.
When we have a predict to have heavy rain and something like that, the city's office workers or someone like that, regurally visit or call for people living by slopy mountains to escape to the places officialy ordered from outside,  whether the pepople will escape or not.
How do think about my idea?
I know they do,  I mean more often.
