It is often difficult to understand Idioms and to use them correctly. Idioms are a great way to communicate and can help you to sound more native.
It is important that you have an advanced or upper intermediate level of English before trying to learn idioms. For these idioms, you will need to remember a lot of body parts so maybe request a vocabulary lesson first.
