Once we got to the top we found ourselves in 'Ikoma Sanjo Amusement Park' - a colourful theme park at the top of the mountain!
Due to the lack of shelter from the wind, no where to sit inside, and being high up on the mountain - it was pretty cold and windy up there! We certainly didn't feel like going on any rides.
One thing we found interesting was how there were about 20-30 members of staff in the park, but only about 5 actual VISITORS! One would assume on a day like this, the park would actually LOSE money?
Maybe this place would be much better on a warm sunny day? It also didn't help that it was raining heavily and the temperature had recently plummeted.
But perhaps a theme park on the top of a mountain is just a bad idea?!
Who knows....
It is certainly novel and was a fun experience nonetheless!
