Are you interested in learning about psychology? Are you interested in how the human mind and human behavior work? Want to learn techniques and strategies for dealing with stress or other forms of life suffering?

In this lesson, we will explore the principles of psychology with a focus on what it means to cultivate mental health and emotional well-being.

Topics of exploration include:

1. Developing healthy relationships.
2. Understanding psychological disorders.
3. The effects of bullying and how to deal with bullying.
4. Understanding emotions and how to manage them.
5. Healing from traumatic experiences.
6. Dealing with depression.
7. Goal-setting.
8. The stages of grieving.
9. Stress management.
10. Developing gratitude and forgiveness.

This is an opportunity to learn about psychology while also practicing English.

* This course is suitable for both adults and adolescents.

I currently teach teen mental health, and have a master's degree in counseling psychology.
