Objectives:
Understand the basic rules of English grammar
Identify and correct common grammar mistakes made by foreign speakers
Practice grammar through exercises and activities
Activities:
Introduction: Discuss the importance of grammar in English and the most common grammar mistakes made by foreign speakers.
Parts of Speech: Introduce the basic parts of speech in English, including nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs, and practice identifying them in sentences.
Verb Tenses: Teach students the different verb tenses in English, including present, past, and future, and practice through exercises and activities.
Common Grammar Mistakes: Identify and correct common grammar mistakes made by Asian speakers, such as subject-verb agreement and the use of articles.
Grammar Practice: Have students complete a grammar exercise or activity, and provide feedback and corrections on their work.
