Dance the stress away!
課程介紹
Being a Certified Nutritionist I always advise people to stay active to be healthy and have a sound mind.
- I was part of an Armenian dance group throughout my elementary and middle school years. After starting University I joined the dance club and performed mlutiple times with them at the end of the year showcase. On top of that I co-choreographed a flash mob and was later named Dancer of the Year!
- Two years ago I also took Bollywood classes and performed at several gala dinners.
- It's been over a year since I've been learning Kpop choreos and i've been mainly focusing on that type of dance.
How this lesson is structured:
1. We start with a 10 min warm up and stretching.
2. We start learning the choreo step by step with no music.
3. Repeat the steps with music.
Note: I mainly focus on hip hop and Kpop. If you have a specific choreo you in mind, you can message me when you request the lesson so that I can prepare it beforehand:)
