Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 15 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 15 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 14 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 20 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

Integrated Skills Course

Beginner English Course Objectives:

  1. Ask and respond to simple, routine and predictable questions about personal information.
  2. Communicate some basic needs in informal conversations.
  3. Understand keywords, some phrases, simple commands, and short sentences in simple conversations.
  4. Read a simple text that is related to daily life and experience. Topics include routine events, descriptions of people, places, and things and simple instructions, etc.
  5. Write a few sentences and phrases about topics that are familiar to the student: family, travel, food, health, etc.
  6. Show some control over basic grammatical structures to communicate basic needs.

 

Active Listening Course

Beginner English Course Objectives:

  1. Follow simple personal information questions and commands or directions related to a familiar context.
  2. Ask and respond to simple, routine questions on very familiar topics (e.g. where he/she lives and people he/she knows).
  3. Build vocabulary about different common everyday topics to be able to express him/herself clearly.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
