"I've gotten used to waking up early every morning."
"It's hard to get used to not having my dog around."
4. I Lived vs. I Have Lived
"I lived in Japan for three years. I don't live there anymore."
"I have lived in America for two years now."

"Ron went swimming although it was raining."
"Although I was full, I still ate dessert."
